With more than 12 years of real estate experience, 400+ transactions, and over $300 million in closed sales, Colleen has established herself as one of the area's leading real estate professionals. A lifelong Marylander, Colleen brings a unique financial and business perspective to real estate. After earning her bachelor's degree and becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she spent several years in corporate finance, including serving as Director of Finance for a large regional company. She later founded and operated a successful business for 20 years before following a lifelong passion for real estate—one inspired early on by her mother, who was also in the industry.
Today, Colleen considers herself a Real Estate Advisor, not simply a salesperson. Her financial expertise, strong negotiating skills, market knowledge, and strategic approach allow her to look beyond the transaction and help clients make informed decisions about one of their most significant investments.
